H&G/Schultz Door, an employee-owned distributor of commercial doors, door frames, architectural hardware, and automatic/aluminum doors, has appointed three new members to its board of directors.
At the H&G quarterly meeting, Dave Buehrer, chairman, and Jay Manzo, president and CEO, appointed long time employees and officers, Randy Politte, Todd Bowman and Steve Marsh to sit on the now 5 member board. “With a combined 80 years of Door & Hardware experience, the addition of these three young senior officers is the next step forward for the growth and direction of our successful growing company”, says Chairman of the Board Dave Buehrer.
H&G Sales, Inc. was established in 1967 as a full-line supplier of commercial doors and related hardware products to contractors and end users in the St. Louis, Metro East and Columbia, MO market areas. H&G acquired 78 year old Schultz Door in 2004 adding automatic entrances, aluminum storefronts, access control, and total openings service and solutions to their product line for the contractor and end-user marketplace.
H&G has been employee-owned through an ESOP since 1988 and employs 69 people at its headquarters in Maryland Heights.
